    • Must meet age requirements for specified division by the February 1st, 2025.

    • Must reside, work, or go to school in at least one regional West Texas County no less than 3 months prior to the pageant.

    • Must be legally, and medically recognized as female.

    • Must be a legal United States Resident.

    • Additional requirements:

      • Mrs. delegates must be legally married (must present a valid marriage license), and may or may not have had children.

      • Miss, Teen, & Pre-Teen delegates must never have been married or had a child/legal dependent.

      • Teen, Pre-Teen, & Princess delegates must have parent/legal guardian permission to compete.
